Symplify Returns To Profitability

Symplify Technologies AB, the Stockholm-based marketing technology company, today announced a decisive turnaround, closing out 2025 with its strongest financial results in years. After a period of heavy investment and losses, the company has returned to profitability while more than tripling its revenue base since 2023.

Full-year 2025 revenue reached approximately SEK 477 million, up from SEK 138 million in 2023 — a compound increase of roughly 3.5x in just two years. The company posted a net profit of approximately SEK 8.8 million for 2025, reversing net losses of SEK 15.4 million in 2023.

The turnaround is equally visible on the balance sheet. Equity grew to approximately SEK 109 million in 2025, up from just SEK 0.7 million at the end of 2024 — when the company’s equity ratio (solidity) had fallen to a thin 6.2%. That ratio now stands at a robust 63.2%, putting Symplify on significantly firmer financial footing heading into 2026.

Symplify’s Chief Sales Officer Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen said: “Three years ago we made a significant investment in our technology and put a clear growth plan in place, and today’s results show that it paid off. We’ve gone from fighting for stability to posting real profitability, and we’re just getting started. We are now in a position to take on many new customers and continue our growth, backed by our proven and scalable technology.”

Revenue: SEK 138M (2023) → SEK 203M (2024) → SEK 477M (2025)
Net result: SEK -15.4M (2023) → SEK -5.6M (2024) → SEK +8.8M (2025)

The company’s 2024 results marked the operational inflection point, with the core business turning solidly profitable at the operating level even as one-off costs kept the bottom line in the red. That operating strength carried through into 2025, translating into net profitability and a substantially strengthened balance sheet.
