Relax Gaming is now looking for a new addition to our brilliant Commercial Team! 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Relax Gaming. As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization by owning and exceeding our annual sales targets, expanding our distribution channels, and identifying new business opportunities globally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Owning and reaching/exceeding the annual sales target for the number of new customers;
  • Maintaining, updating, and expanding the existing Distribution Channels pipeline;
  • Finding new leads and opportunities online and offline
  • Effectively communicate the Relax Casino value proposition through sales material and presentations;
  • Identify new opportunities for Relax in terms of Operators, Markets, or New business globally based in assigned markets;
  • Working as a team with the Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Business Development and Regional Business Development Managers (ex. Spain) to accomplish the Relax team Sales targets;
  • Overlooking agreements and DD collection process for new customers;
  • Working closely with Legal, Due Diligence, Compliance, Integration, Partners, Account Management teams, and other departments;
  • Manage contract reviews for new operators by close cooperation with the Legal team;
  • New customer handover to the Account Management team and Head of Business Development – Casino;
  • Overlooking integration and go-live processes with the support of the Integration team;
  • Supporting Partner team to upsell Relax aggregation partners;
  • Supporting the Account Management team with education about jurisdiction expansion;
  • Promoting and growing Relax’s brand awareness;
  • Optimising Sales process if needed;
  • Maximising the Company’s Revenues/Growth;
  • Executing weekly and monthly KPIs reports, presentations, etc;


  • Some experience in iGaming Industry such as Account Management role within the industry or VIP Manager experience, strong eye for growth opportunities
  • Industry knowledge and a thirst for keeping that knowledge ahead of the curve
  • Knowledge of slots and the industry
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the Casino Gaming sector
  • Sales Management experience would be a plus
  • Good understanding of how a B2C and B2B business operates
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • A team player and a can-do attitude
  • Passion for Gaming and self-motivated
  • Good social and organizational skills

Bonus points for:

  • Previous experience in Sales role in iGaming
  • Experience in Telecommunication industry
